Just Hifalutin will return to Moonee Valley for her next assignment after her dynamic win, over 1200 metres, there on Friday night, December 8.
Enver Jusufovic said there is an ideal restricted race over the same course and distance for Just Hifalutin on Saturday, December 23.
“The tempo of races at the Valley suits her style,” EJ said.
“Her win the other night was quite brilliant, especially the way she hit the line once she got clear on the turn,” he said.
It was good to see Just Hifalutin bounce back after her Cranbourne flop at her previous start when “everything went wrong”.
“She was very agitated before the race and the bridle pulled off in the parade. We just had to forget the run, but it is always in the back of your mind.
“At the Valley we added ear muffs which made a lot of difference. We’ll keep them on, and I may look at using them a bit more for horses that need to relax.”
